NCBA Honors Band Scales

The Rudimental Snare Solos (not to be used until 2012-2013) approved at the 2011 Spring Meeting of NCBA are included below.

Audition information for all percussionists is below. Be sure to read the information regarding the audition on the Bylaws page and remember that all scales are to be played in the order found on the page.

Middle School Scales are tongued; chromatic is slurred (except Trombone- legato).
High School Scales can be tongued or slurred; chromatic is slurred (except Trombone-legato).
