The purpose of the Central District Bandmasters Association shall be to foster a sense of unity among its participating directors and through this association, provide support and guidance to students of music education in our district. The Association sponsors a Middle and High School Band Concert Festival, a Middle and High School All-District Band Clinic, and a Solo and Ensemble Contest. The Association also provides a Middle School Audition Chairman and audition site for the North Carolina Honors Band Auditions.

The first goal of this web page is to serve the band teachers in the Central District by providing the latest information related to the Association. As such, this page is only as helpful as the information that is received for posting. Corrections and comments as to the content of this web page are welcome by clicking on this link.
