Anyone interested in serving as Chief Judge at a 2011 NCBA sanctioned marching event will need to attend a Chief Judge Training Session this summer. The first session will be held Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at East Lincoln High School in Denver, NC from 5:00-7:00 PM in the Band Room. The second session will be held Tuesday, June 21 at Sanderson High School in Raleigh, NC from 5:00-7:00 PM in the band room. Attendees will be trained using the NCBA Adjudication Manual to make sure that everyone is aware of all the newest rules and guidelines for NCBA shows, effective show management (numbers and logistics), the role and duties of the Chief Judge, etc.
To be clear, anyone interested in being a Chief Judge for 2011 will need to attend a training session this summer in order to be an approved Chief Judge during the 2011 season.
