These scales are in a format called Scorch.  I’m in the process of trying to fix the sounds.  (Some of the lower instruments won’t sound correct when you play it on your computer).  If you have Sibelius, you can save these files to your hard drive. If you have a printer, you can print these out.  My thanks to Carlo Baldini for helping supply the basis of these scales on Finale.
