PROGRAM OF MERIT
The following schools have earned recognition as NCBA Program of Merit recipients. This designation honors middle and high school band programs that have demonstrated a strong commitment to excellence by meeting established standards in areas such as performance, student opportunities, leadership, advocacy, and community engagement. We proudly recognize these programs for their dedication to providing outstanding musical experiences for their students.
PROGRAM OF DISTINCTION
The following schools have earned recognition as NCBA Program of Distinction recipients. Representing the highest level of recognition in the NCBA Program of Merit, this designation is awarded to middle and high school band programs that have met all Program of Merit standards while also earning Excellent or Superior ratings at Concert Band Music Performance Adjudication (MPA). We proudly recognize these exceptional programs for their sustained commitment to musical excellence, student achievement, leadership, advocacy, and community engagement.
